These Terms of Use apply to your use of https://saurabhwebsolutions.parishrament.com (the "Website"), operated by Saurabh Web Solutions. By using the Website or downloading files from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Educational content

Tutorials, articles, videos and files on the Website are provided for general educational purposes. Software, platforms and prices change frequently, so steps and screenshots may differ from what you see. Always follow the official documentation of the tools you use and take a full backup before changing a live website.

2. Free downloads and licence

• Files we create ourselves (plugins, themes, code snippets, templates and documents) are free to download and use in your own and your clients' projects, unless a file states a different licence.
• You may not sell, re-upload or redistribute our files as your own, or offer them for download on another website, without written permission. Please link to the tutorial page instead.
• WordPress plugins and themes we release are licensed under the GPL where they extend WordPress, as WordPress requires.
• We only share files we have the right to share. We never distribute paid ("nulled") plugins or themes, pirated software or files that contain malware. If you believe a file infringes your rights, see section 9.
• Test every file on a staging or test site first. You install and use files at your own risk.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, videos and design of the Website belong to Saurabh Web Solutions. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our content with a clear credit and link back. You may not copy or republish our articles or videos in full without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its admin area or its server.
• Do not send spam or abusive messages through the contact form.
• Do not scrape content or download files in bulk with automated tools.

5. Third-party links, tools and affiliate links

The Website links to third-party websites and tools. Some links are affiliate links (see our Disclaimer). We are not responsible for third-party products, services, content or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Advertising

The Website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the specific ads shown and do not endorse advertised products unless we say so explicitly. Advertisements are always labelled and are never download buttons for our files: our own download buttons always show the file name and size.

7. No warranty

The Website, its content and its files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information and files accurate, working and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, current, compatible with your setup or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saurabh Web Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website, its files or reliance on its content, including loss of data, revenue or business. You are responsible for backing up your own websites and data.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content or a file on the Website infringes your copyright, email saurabh@zxnova.com with the page address, a description of the work and proof that you own it. We will review the request and remove infringing material promptly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
